Back Orders:

All items not shipped with the original order will be place on Backorder or cancelled at our discretion. Any credits from prepayment will be applied toward Backorders. For Visa/MC orders, Backorders will not be charged to the credit card until shipped.

Return Policy:

No returns will be accepted without first obtaining a return authorization (RA) number from our customer service department. This RA number must be written on the packages returned. All shortages or damages must be reported to the delivery company and CJames Nursery within 24 hours of delivery. If there are damages, please hold onto the original carton in which the shipment arrived.

All returns are subject to 15% re-stocking fee, except for damaged or incorrectly filled orders. We will issue your refund within five days of receiving item back into stock.

Customers may return an item up to 30 days after it is shipped to the address provided by the customer, and only so long as the item is completely unused and in its original condition. We will exchange it or give you a refund.

We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number.

When shipping back, include the RA number and a copy of your invoice.

Please send package via UPS or Insured Parcel Post. This is for your protection in case the item is damaged or lost in transit.
